Our History
I am pleased to introduce you to RACHNAKAAR, an esteemed initiative dedicated to the advancement and promotion of Literature Art and Culture. Established under the aegis of the “Shuktika India Foundation”, RACHNAKAAR embodies the spirit of “Tatparivartanam Bhava” (meaning: constant change) by serving as a transformative platform for emerging Literary and Artistic Talents.
RACHNAKAAR was officially inaugurated on January 1, 2021, and has rapidly gained global recognition within a short span of four years. Our organization is committed to fostering new creators by providing them with significant opportunities and a platform to showcase their works on both National and International stage. In addition, we honor the contributions of established figures in Culture, Art, and Literature, while encouraging and supporting new talents.
Our cultural activities are diverse and extensive, encompassing various festivals and national holidays such as Holi, Diwali, and Independence Day. We organize workshops and competitions to preserve traditional forms of literature and facilitate monthly poetry symposiums, including the esteemed Durgwati Choudhary Memorial Poetry Symposium. Additionally, we host weekly discussions on spirituality and religion led by our founder, Mr. Suresh Choudhary, and other experts.
RACHNAKAAR is also dedicated to promoting art, literature, and culture among the youth. By engaging younger generations through workshops, educational programs, and interactive sessions, we aim to instill a deep appreciation for these fields and ensure their preservation for future generations. Our efforts are designed to inspire and nurture the next generation of artists, writers, and cultural ambassadors.
Regular online seminars and workshops are held, where participants, members, and patrons join to discuss various topics. These sessions are designed to enhance literary skills, expand knowledge, and foster a vibrant intellectual community.
We are also proud to present several prestigious awards to recognize outstanding contributions in literature and art:
- RACHNAKAAR-Pragya Vibhuti Award: ₹31,000 for unparalleled contributions to culture and literature.
- RACHNAKAAR-Kala Vibhuti Award: ₹21,000 for exceptional achievements in art.
- RACHNAKAAR-Durga Vati Choudhary Memorial Sahitya Sarathi Award: ₹11,000 and a citation to encourage emerging writers.
- RACHNAKAAR PRATIBHA Award: ₹5,100 for local writers in the field of literature.
From 2022, we have collaborated with the Dinkar Culture Sangam Trust to honor distinguished individuals with the RACHNAKAAR Dinkar Sahity Shironmani Award, RACHNAKAAR Dinkar Sahity Sadhak Award, and RACHNAKAAR Dinkar Kavy Shikhar Award. In 2023, we initiated three regional awards with a cash prize of ₹10,100 each, recognizing contributions in Urdu, Bengali, and Rajasthani languages.
Our commitment extends beyond borders, with RACHNAKAAR currently active in 21 countries. We are guided by a global advisory team, including Mr. Tejendra Sharma and regional representatives from London, East Africa, Moscow, and Doha.
Let us go forward in this battle fortified by conviction that those who labour in the service of a great and good cause will never fail.
